Baked Chicken


  • 4 to 8 pieces of chicken
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer

Wash and cut any excess fat from chicken and put in baking pan. Then sprinkle salt, pepper, and meat tenderizer on chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
