Beef Roast


  • 1 beef roast
  • 1 bag little whole carrots
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
  • 2 to 3 quarts water
  • 8 to 10 whole potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 to 3 onions

Wash beef roast. Stick holes in roast and sprinkle salt and pepper and meat tenderizer over roast. Add water to pressure cooker and start cooking on high until it starts rocking. Then turn down to medium and let cook for 30 to 45 minutes. Cool down. Add carrots, potatoes, and onions. Start back to cooking. When it starts rocking again , turn down to medium and cook for 10 more minutes
