Lima Bean/ Pork Chop Casserole


  • 1 pound of Lima Beans
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 1 large 26 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 pork chops
  • flour

First soak overnight in cold water and then cook dried beans and onion until tender after seasonings. Put lima beans and onion in a casserole dish. Pour in cream of Mushroom soup and mix well. Flour pork chop and fry until brown on boths sides. Lay pork chops on top of beans and put in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes to 1 hours checking as needed until it’s done,
