Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 Whole chickens
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer

Clean and rinse 2 whole chickens and put in rotisserie. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and meat tenderizer on chickens. Also add chicken seasonings to chickens. Cook in rotisserie for 1 hour or until brown and down.
